Building Automation Account Manager

Title: BAS (Building Automation) Account/Sales ManagerLocation: Andover, MNWe are seeking a strong salesperson or account manager to join our team! This person will be meeting with clients/doing outside sales, estimating, and helping us build our growing company. This person must have experience with building automation systems (engineering not required).Position OverviewTh eBAS (Building Automation) Account/Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales and implementation of building automation solutions. We are looking for someone who has worked on the construction side in a BAS role - either sales, project management, engineering or tech work. Sales experience is ideal, but if you have estimating experience, apply today! Plus if you have the background knowledge to identify the root cause of issues and design small changes/additions. Salary will be based on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the building automation sector.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in building automation.Provide expert guidance on building automation systems and solutions to clients.Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client specifications and are delivered on time and within budget.Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to effectively position the company's products and services.Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.Assist in the development of marketing strategies and sales tools to promote building automation services.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is great.Proven experience in building automation or related fields.Strong understanding of building automation systems, BAS software, and hardware.Experience with Siemens products is a plus but not required.Project management experience is preferred.Excellent technical and sales skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with electricity, mechanical systems, VFDs, and industrial control systems.Knowledge of BACnet and control networks is desirable but not required.Strong organizational and time management skills.BenefitsFull benefits including medical, dental, PTO, 401k and more.Stable growing company with opportunity!Amazing cultureCar stipend Bonus and more!
