Zoho CRM Specialist

To support a growing practice, the contract Zoho CRM Specialist will assess and restructure an existing Zoho CRM instance, optimize workflows, and facilitate integration with other platforms while working remotely for approximately 10-20 hours per week. Key Responsibilities Redesign CRM workflows and processes, advising stakeholders on best practices and building operational dashboards Support integration between Zoho CRM and other platforms using REST APIs, webhooks, and custom scripting Collaborate with engineering leads and communicate configuration decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Required Qualifications Hands-on experience administering and improving existing Zoho CRM instances Deep knowledge of Zoho CRM configuration, including modules, workflows, and automation Experience with Zoho CRM's REST APIs and webhooks Working knowledge of Deluge scripting for custom functions and automation Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and deliver effective configurations independently
