Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, children, families, and groups to determine therapeutic needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Engage in the triaging of care by prioritizing client needs and coordinating necessary interventions with other healthcare providers as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Document all assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with departmental standards.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist clients in achieving their individual goals.

• Provide case management services, collaborating with external community resources and professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate in regular team meetings and patient rounds to discuss ongoing cases, share insights, and develop collaborative treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
