Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, focusing on improving clients' mental health.

• Advocate for clients by assisting them in defining personal goals, and collaborating with them to enact actionable plans.

• Evaluate clients' mental health conditions and formulate tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based, solution-focused methodologies influenced by your clinical expertise.

• Utilize our therapist portal to track client progress, manage appointments, and collaborate with other mental health professionals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will be working with are prescreened and characterized by low acuity, ensuring a more streamlined and focused approach to therapy. This allows you to concentrate on clients who are stable and ready for therapeutic engagement, creating a productive and fulfilling counseling experience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• An independent license issued by the state board (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) is mandatory; provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Proficiency in conducting professional evaluations, making informed treatment recommendations, and developing client-centered treatment plans.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a compassionate approach to client interactions.

• Strong computer literacy to manage the therapist portal and maintain client records.
