Key Duties & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by handling counter transactions in a fast efficient and friendly manner.
• Acknowledge all customers with a friendly smile and are highly responsive to needs and requests.
• Communicate clearly with each customer in a friendly and courteous way.
• Participate in team service to ensure each customer is served quickly.
• Resolve customer problems with a sense of urgency.
• Accomplish all work assignments with excellence.
• Wrap and stock desserts and supplies.
• Place desserts out for display and monitor inventory of items for sale.

Compensation

The hourly pay range for this position is $17.05 - $18.05 . Placement within this range will be based on relevant experience skills qualifications internal equity and business needs.
