Role Description The Plant Maintenance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Minneapolis, MN, responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the manufacturing facility. This role manages the maintenance team, assigns work orders, and ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment, building systems, and support infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include planning and coordinating preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting equipment issues, organizing repairs, and maintaining accurate maintenance records. The Plant Maintenance Manager collaborates with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime, improve equipment performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role also monitors maintenance budgets, works with vendors and contractors, enforces safety and compliance standards, and contributes to capital planning for equipment upgrades and facility improvements. Qualifications Candidates should possess equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair skills for production machinery and facility systems. Relevant skills such as troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, reading technical drawings, and using CMMS or similar maintenance software are beneficial. Experience in manufacturing or industrial plant environments, knowledge of safety regulations and best practices, and the ability to collaborate across departments are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
