The Nurse Practitioner will be dedicated to helping guests in reaching optimal wellness and anti-aging goals. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will collaborate closely with fellow healthcare professionals, requiring a team-oriented mindset and a positive demeanor. Patience, empathy, professionalism, and interpersonal skills are essential. The Nurse Practitioner will work well independently, provide excellent guest care.In this role, you can expect to:Conduct consultations to assess patient needs and concernsEvaluate, diagnose, and recommend individualized treatments or productsOrder and interpret labs, including blood tests and other diagnosticsPropose tailored treatments based on patient history, conditions, and concernsMaintain precise records and schedules for efficient workflowStay current with advancements in the field and engage in ongoing researchCollaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient carePerform patient assessments and develop treatment plans in conjunction with physicians and colleaguesOrder and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications as necessaryEducate patients and families on disease prevention and management strategiesKeep thorough and accurate patient records using electronic medical records (EMRs)Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay abreast of best practices and clinical guidelinesWe're looking for a Nurse Practitioner who has:Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) certificationValid Nurse Practitioner State LicensureDispensing LicenseAutonomous designation (can be applied for after hire)Minimum 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience in primary care or related fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement TherapyProficient clinical and diagnostic abilitiesProficient in EMR usage and documentationExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsQuick learner with a commitment to ongoing educationStrong communication skills and positive attitudeSelf-motivated with a collaborative mindsetCompassionate, organized, and interpersonal skillsProficient in analytical thinking and problem-solvingAbility to remain professional and make sound decisions under pressureReliable and proactivePassionate about enhancing patients' well-beingWe're a patient-centered healthcare facility with a culture that values excellence, compassion, and teamwork. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
