Responsibilities:

• Manage the front desk area to ensure it remains organized, presentable, and ready for daily operations.

• Support basic administrative activities such as filing, data entry, and document handling.

• Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures and assist with general office communication.

• Respond to routine questions from guests and team members in a clear and helpful manner.

• Ability to communicate clearly and courteously in person and over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in day-to-day administrative work.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a front-desk or customer-facing setting.
• Basic computer proficiency for email, data entry, and general office tasks.
