Partner with managers to address staffing concerns and implement corrective actions. Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategies to reduce avoidable overtime expenses. Develop and monitor overtime thresholds and staffing performance metrics. Staffing Operations & Coverage Coordination Oversee floater schedules and workforce deployment to ensure staffing needs are met. Assist management with coverage for vacancies, leaves of absence, call-outs, and emergency staffing situations. Respond to urgent staffing challenges with professionalism and efficiency. Recruitment, Onboarding & Workforce Development Support recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention initiatives. Train employees and managers on scheduling practices, attendance expectations, and workforce systems. Provide coaching and operational support to new managers on workforce management responsibilities. Serve as an internal expert on the Dayforce Scheduling Module. Monitor scheduling system utilization and identify process improvements. Train managers on scheduling best practices and workforce management tools. Compliance & Reporting Generate staffing, overtime, and workforce utilization reports for leadership. Monitor compliance with scheduling, staffing, and timekeeping requirements. Identify potential operational, compliance, or workforce risks and recommend solutions. What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience Requirements Minimum of three (3) years of experience in staffing coordination, scheduling, workforce management, or related operational leadership. At least one year of supervisory experience required. Equivalent Experience Considered High School Diploma or GED with five (5) years of directly related experience.
