City Auto Murfreesboro is hiring a full-time Automotive Internet Sales Representative to join our high-performing dealership team. In this role, you'll manage online leads, respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, and use social media to help generate interest in our vehicles.

What You'll Do

As an Automotive Internet Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for turning online interest into real dealership opportunities. You'll respond to inbound internet leads, follow up with customers by phone, email, text, chat, and social media, and help set appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle.

You'll also create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and reels for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This role combines inside sales, lead follow-up, appointment setting, customer service, CRM management, and digital engagement.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and enjoys connecting with people online and over the phone. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements include:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort using CRM tools and social media platforms
• Ability to multitask and prioritize customer follow-up
• Self-motivated and goal-driven attitude
• Experience in automotive internet sales, BDC, digital marketing, social media sales, customer service, or inside sales preferred

When You'll Work

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. City Auto Murfreesboro offers a 4-day workweek option and 5 consecutive days off each month. The dealership is also closed on Sundays to support work-life balance.
