About The Role As a member of our electrical team, you will collaborate with experienced professionals and forward-thinking managers, maintaining and servicing a wide range of electrical components across high-tech plants, advanced scale houses, and the mechanic shop. Responsibilities Operate and maintain robust 480-volt equipment. Execute assigned tasks and projects with precision following supervisor direction. Create and maintain a safe work environment for yourself and colleagues. Assist with general labor duties on request. Maintain regular and reliable attendance. Take on additional responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Experience High school diploma or GED required. Valid state motor vehicle permit for operating carts and forklifts during installations. Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record. Three to five years of progressively responsible experience as an electrician. What You Can Expect Must be 18+ years of age. Pre-employment physical, drug screening, and criminal background check required. This is a Safety Sensitive position; travel may be required. Strict compliance with all safety protocols and procedures as outlined in our Employee Handbook. Teamwork essential; collaborate with co-workers and supervisors. Willingness to travel and work away from home for short or extended periods. Flexibility to work nights and weekends as operational needs arise. Personal protective equipment (PPE) required in designated areas. Commitment to full OSHA/MSHA compliance at all times. Skills & Knowledge Expertise in precision work with minimal tolerances. Exceptional attention to detail and focus on safe electrical power flow. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Frequently required to climb, balance, and perform physically demanding tasks. Occasional tasks involve standing, walking, crawling, kneeling, bending, stooping, crouching, or reaching above shoulder height. Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25-50 lbs. Work primarily outdoors, often in extreme weather and environmental conditions. Comfortable working in all weather conditions; exposure to jobsite hazards such as moving machinery, high places, airborne particles, and loud environments. Specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception, required to operate equipment safely.
