RH is seeking a strategic and results-driven Leader of Inventory Procurement to architect and elevate our end-to-end procurement strategy. This leader will optimize inventory investment, strengthen supplier partnerships, and ensure the right product is available at the right time to support an exceptional client experience. As a key leader, you will drive efficiency, unlock value, and shape the future of our supply chain.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLead the development and execution of inventory procurement strategies aligned with business goals and demand forecastsDrive supplier sourcing, negotiation, and relationship management to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and reliabilityOptimize inventory levels across categories, balancing availability, working capital, and risk mitigationCollaborate cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning, Logistics, and Finance to align procurement with product lifecycle and demand planningEstablish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supplier performance, cost savings, and inventory healthIdentify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and scalability within procurement operationsInspire, develop, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvementOUR REQUIREMENTSProven experience leading inventory procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions in a fast-paced, multi-channel environmentStrong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that impact profitability and service levelsDemonstrated success in supplier negotiation, contract management, and cost optimization strategiesExceptional leadership skills with experience in building and developing high-performing teamsCollaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organizationA growth mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovationExcellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage complexity and prioritize effectivelyPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSSit or stand for extended periods while working at a computer or in meetingsOccasionally lift and move items up to 25 pounds (e.g., product samples, materialsOccasionally travel as needed (domestic and/or international) to meet with suppliers, visit warehouses, or support business needsNavigate warehouse, distribution center, or retail environments, including walking, bending, and standing for extended periodsFull timePosting Date: 2026-03-27
