• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell EV charging solutions to both B2B and B2C customers.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical support to prospective clients.
• Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and promote sales campaigns.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in the EV Charging industry and our product offerings.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to close deals.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to achieve bonus incentives.
• Exhibit a relentless drive to close deals, overcoming obstacles and maintaining persistence through the entire sales cycle.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to build brand presence and establish connections.
• Provide feedback on customer needs, competitive landscape, and product features.

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the energy, sustainability, or technology sectors.
• Knowledge of the electric vehicle industry and EV charging solutions is highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with a results-driven mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to stay motivated and persistent, pushing forward even in the face of challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
