Service Area This Home Health Physical Therapist position covers Oklahoma City and the surrounding metro, including Edmond, Norman, Moore, Yukon, Midwest City, Mustang, Guthrie, Choctaw, Wellston, Harrah, Piedmont, and Blanchard. You build your own daily route and manage your own caseload What You'll Earn $60 per visit, full time or part time $50 for supervisory visits $100 per evaluation What You'll Enjoy Full-time team members receive: Health and dental coverage Paid time off and paid holidays Paid mileage at $0.64/mile or a company vehicle 401(k) with company match up to 4% Company-paid life insurance Short- and long-term disability Weekly pay every Friday Part-time team members receive: Health coverage Paid mileage at $0.64/mile Weekly pay every Friday Flexible assignments to fit your schedule What You'll Do Evaluate patients and build individualized plans of care based on their goals Provide physical therapy treatment in the home, where progress actually translates to daily life Supervise PTAs and adjust the plan of care as patients progress Document evaluations and progress, and communicate with the physician and care team Manage your own daily schedule and route across your caseload What We're Looking For Active PT license in Oklahoma Home health experience is a plus, but not required. We welcome PTs from outpatient, SNF, or inpatient backgrounds who are ready for more autonomy Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule and evaluations A genuine passion for one-on-one, relationship-based patient care Open to full time or part time.
