This is a full-time, permanent position. Responsibilities Include: Management ofa team of service technicians who specialize in repairs and installation of commercial HVAC. The application and interpretation of applicable standards and codes. Responsible for the scheduling and logistics of the service technicians. Responsible for the providing of service to existing customers and the identification potential new customers. Responsible for theidentification and resolution of customer boiler needs. The generation of targeted proposals. The management of estimates. Qualifications: Having experience in an HVAC supervisory role is a must. Commercial/ industrial experience with building mechanical equipment is required. A strong understanding of the Microsoft suite is required. Must have strong knowledge of commercial/industrial boilers, burners, and mechanical room design. Engineering experience preferred. Specifically, regarding industrial/ commercial boilers as well as boiler room accessories. Must be detail-oriented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must. Experience with logistics and scheduling is preferential.
