We're looking for an experienced Sales Plumber who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and wants to be part of a team that's growing toward something bigger.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
• Sales first most, we offer solutions for problems and offer to fix them fast.
• Perform water heater repairs and replacements
• Sewer and drain cleaning
• Leak detection and repair
• Water filtration and softener installations
• Camera inspections
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
• Document work with photos and detailed notes
• Deliver a 5-star customer experience on every call

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years residential plumbing sales experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Housecall Pro, or similar software experience is a plus
