$90,000 to $150,000+ per year, based on performance

This Role Is Different

This is not an "hourly service plumber" position. We're looking for a professional who:

• Produces at a high level & builds meaningful relationships with homeowners
• Communicates confidently with homeowners
• Presents flat-rate options clearly and ethically
• Closes work based on trust and expertise
• Leads by example and raises the standard for the team

You won't be micromanaged. You will be expected to perform, and you will be paid accordingly.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and perform advanced residential plumbing repairs and replacements
• Present professional, flat-rate options using ServiceTitan
• Maintain strong closing rates and average ticket performance
• Collaborate positively in a close-knit team
• Deliver consistent 5-star client experiences
• Help reinforce a culture of accountability and excellence
