As a Private Travel Sales Executive (a full-time W2 employee not 1099), you will own a dedicated portfolio of 300-500 high-net-worth clients, managing the entire relationship from initial inquiry to rebooking their next journey. Your week will focus on building relationships, with about 70% of your time dedicated to engaging existing clients and 30% to developing new business.

You will work closely with guest experience, marketing, and destination teams to ensure every promise is delivered and every trip is seamless. What Does Success Look Like:

By the end of the first year, a successful hire will be consistently delivering $1.3M–$1.8M in gross bookings per quarter. They will have full command of their 300-500 client portfolio, using HubSpot to drive proactive engagement and rebookings. Success means that 60-70% of their quota is generated from repeat business, demonstrating their ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
