The Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in trust & estates, estate planning, or related practice area in a law firm
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
• Strong understanding of federal and state tax considerations related to trusts and estates
• Experience advising clients on estate planning, trust administration, and tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies
• Ability to independently manage matters and client relationships
• Emotional intelligence and sensitivity in advising clients on family and wealth management matters
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
• Licensed to practice law
• Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to develop creative solutions to complex estate planning needs
