Marketing Data Enablement Manager

The Marketing Data Enablement Manager leads a team of data analysts to design and deliver data pipelines, campaign enablement capabilities, and integrated customer experiences within the organization's marketing technology stack.

Job Summary

• Lead a small team of data analysts supporting marketing campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment, serving as a hands-on resource capable of directly supporting team execution.
• Own day-to-day data pipeline buildout, prioritization of team workloads, and roadmapping of deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Drive migration of automated Alteryx workflows to Databricks, including managing legacy-to-new network share transitions and version migration efforts.
• Serve as product owner for the enterprise MDM system while supporting the organization's broader data cloud buildout and external data ingestion capabilities.
• Partner with Analytics, Integrated Marketing, and Brand Strategy teams to define audience segmentation, measurement, and campaign delivery requirements across multiple channels.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory and privacy requirements across all data sources and systems.
• Identify gaps in process, quality, and efficiency and recommend targeted improvements to drive consistent, scalable data operations.

Minimum Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing a data engineering or data analytics team within a marketing or production environment, with direct reports numbering 5 or more.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud, including querying data via Salesforce APIs.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of Alteryx, including workflow design, ETL processes, and migration experience.
• Experience with Databricks and the ability to navigate and execute within that environment.
• Background in financial services (banking, insurance, or mortgage) or strong B2B/B2C data domain knowledge.
• Prior titles rooted in data engineering or data analysis, with a demonstrated ability to transition from individual contributor to team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica MDM or comparable master data management platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and related Salesforce ecosystem tools.
• Knowledge of core data platforms such as MS SQL, Oracle, or IBM DB2.
• Demonstrated history of tenure and longevity in previous roles, reflecting stability and long-term commitment to an organization.
• Strong executive-level communication skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
