RCP Management is looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Administrator to join our team in Barnegat, NJ. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This full-time role offers a starting salary of $50,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
Compensation:$50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Facilitate all correspondence for the community association and maintain homeowner information.
- Prepare all general correspondence, including but not limited to violation letters, delinquency letters, and email blasts.
- Copy, scan, and file all correspondence.
- Input and maintain all Work Orders. Work with 3rd party vendors to schedule, maintain, and update all work orders.
- Track special projects, including but not limited to annual census, vendor insurance, lease tracking, and pet tracking, etc.
- Conduct new homeowner orientations.
- Liaise with assigned Committees and provide support, as appropriate and within contractual obligations.
- Conduct site inspections on a routine schedule during normal business hours.
- Make sure all vendors and workers sign in and out daily (if required).
- Process delinquency/collection activity on a monthly basis in consultation with the supervisor.
- Track and coordinate pool pass distribution, if applicable.
- Updated and maintain the homeowner portal.
- Maintain the keybob database.
- Keep the workstation neat and orderly.
- Follow all general RCP employment policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple projects in a high-paced environment.
- Must be proficient in Office 365 programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and/or other similar computer programs. Must be comfortable with technology, including operating projectors, copiers, simple sound systems, tablets (e.g., iPad), and learning new software programs.
- Must have community association experience.
- Must be well-organized.
