Administrative Assistant

$20 per hour

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be adept at managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our team members.

Responsibilities
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Provide personal assistant support as needed, including calendar management and appointment scheduling.
  • Intake calls.
  • Follow-ups on potential projects.
  • Expense tracking.
  • Manage electronic signatures using DocuSign for important documents.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments efficiently.
  • Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
