You’ll: Build relationships with prospective and existing clients through proactive communication Quote, market, and present personalized insurance solutions Follow up on lost business, unsold quotes, inbound inquiries, and monoline accounts Identify opportunities to round out accounts and strengthen client protection Listen to client needs, ask thoughtful questions, and recommend coverage options Manage leads, follow‑ups, and pipeline activity with consistency Work toward individual and agency sales goals Maintain accurate client and prospect information in agency systems Partner with teammates, account managers, and carrier partners to deliver a strong client experience Seek referrals, support client retention, and help build long‑term agency relationships What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is motivated, coachable, and ready to grow in a performance-driven environment. You’ll be successful in this role if you: Hold a Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one Have strong communication skills and enjoy connecting with people Bring a competitive mindset and a desire to win Are proactive, organized, and consistent with follow‑up Can manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced sales environment Are open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement Demonstrate strong follow‑through, accountability, and work ethic Work well independently while contributing to a team‑first culture Approach challenges with professionalism, adaptability, and a positive attitude What Success Looks Like In this role, success means more than hitting numbers.
