Blackthorne Exteriors is currently looking for self-motivated and driven people with an enthusiasm for meeting new people and challenges . With an uncapped pay plan, daily training and advancement opportunities, this is the perfect role for anyone looking to take control of their future.
The Role
- Go on pre-set appointments - no cold-calling, door knocking or other lead generation required.
- Conduct thorough inspections to determine the needs of each homeowner
- Deliver a professional consultation and quote
- Close with confidence, integrity and professionalism
- Document and collaborate with production to ensure a quality installation process
- Attend daily training - we coach people up from the ground, no experience necessary
