Role: Veterinary Receptionist Status: Full-Time Salary: $22–$25 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Four ten-hour shifts. Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

What You'll Do Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally Answer phones and manage high call volume efficiently Schedule appointments across a multi-doctor calendar Check patients in and out accurately Review estimates and invoices with clarity and confidence Collect payments and process transactions accurately Communicate hospital policies and service recommendations clearly Coordinate closely with technicians and doctors to maintain smooth patient flow Maintain clean, organized front desk and lobby areas Follow up with clients via calls, texts, or emails as needed Document communication accurately in medical records

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred Strong customer service background Confidence managing multiple priorities at once Clear, compassionate communication skills Comfort discussing estimates and payments professionally Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in busy or emotional situations Team-first mindset with a willingness to jump in where needed
