A 5-Star Dental Office | Sunnyvale, CA
This is not a typical front desk job.
Sunnyvale Family Functional Dental Office is a top-rated, fully paperless dental practice with over 200 five-star reviews . Patients consistently tell us they feel genuinely cared for—from the very first hello. That experience starts at the front of our office, and we are intentionally selective about who represents our practice.

About the Role:
As our Patient Experience Coordinator , you’ll be the first impression of our practice—greeting patients, guiding them through their visits, and helping the day flow smoothly for both patients and clinical team members.
Our office is already fully paperless and highly organized. What we value most is attitude, coachability, and presence . Dental experience is helpful, but not required. We are happy to train the right person who brings warmth, curiosity, and professionalism.

Schedule & Location:
Tuesday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Saturdays: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
