What You'll Do:

• Perform incoming inspections using precision metrology tools including Zeiss, Mitutoyo, and Hexagon CMM systems
• Interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T requirements per ANSI standards
• Conduct supplier source inspections and calibration audits to ensure compliance before shipment
• Manage calibration schedules, inspection priorities, and quality documentation using SAP and Power BI
• Support audit readiness and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams on non-conformance resolution and continuous improvement initiatives

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality, incoming inspection, or metrology within a high-tech manufacturing environment
• 10+ years of hands-on experience operating and programming Zeiss CMM equipment
• 5+ years of experience interpreting GD&T and performing mechanical inspections using precision measurement tools
• Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related technical field OR equivalent combination of education and 10+ years of hands-on IQA/metrology experience

What Sets You Apart:

• Experience supporting ISO 9001 and AS9100 audits and maintaining calibration programs
• Proficiency with SAP, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint for quality reporting and analytics
• Experience with Mitutoyo and Hexagon CMM systems
• Familiarity with SPC, capability studies, and root cause analysis methodologies
• Experience mentoring junior inspectors or leading small quality teams
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills in high-pressure manufacturing environments
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
