Human Resources Coordinator

Leddy Group is seeking an HR Coordinator for a growing manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to build a career in Human Resources. The HR Coordinator will support a variety of HR functions, including payroll administration, onboarding, employee records management, reporting, and HR program coordination. Responsibilities Process and administer weekly payroll and serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related questions and concerns. Respond to employee and external HR inquiries and provide support as needed. Route HR-related communications to appropriate team members. Coordinate with payroll, benefits, and other departments to ensure smooth HR operations. Assist with scheduling and coordinating employee training sessions and seminars. Prepare and submit reports on HR activities and metrics. Analyze HR data and provide recommendations based on findings. Coordinate and complete all aspects of the employee onboarding process. Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS system. Assist with the implementation of HR projects, initiatives, and programs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of Human Resources experience or a combination of education and relevant experience. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Manufacturing experience is a plus. Experience with Workday and/or ADP is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred. Ability to travel occasionally (less than 5%). Physical Requirements Ability to perform sedentary work with occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds. Frequent walking, standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Ability to perform computer-based work requiring close visual attention and extended periods of screen use.
