Located in Bloomington, IN
Salary: $16.00 / hr A growing manufacturing company is seeking dependable Production Associates to join their team. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with opportunities to learn multiple production areas. Job Summary- Operate production equipment and machinery
- Assemble, package, label, and shrink wrap products
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Follow production schedules and quality standards
- Perform quality checks as instructed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Report equipment issues, product damage, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Assist with additional production tasks as needed
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Past welding experience preferred but not required
- Experience operating machinery is a plus
- Ability to read, write, and perform simple math
- Ability to lift 1-60 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
