Certified Apartment Staffing is hiring an EXPERIENCED Apartment Maintenance Technician with strong HVAC skills for a multifamily community in Conroe!

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE

APARTMENT / MULTIFAMILY MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
HVAC EXPERIENCE

This is NOT an entry-level position. We need a hands-on technician who can hit the ground running and confidently handle HVAC and general apartment maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to resident work orders and service requests
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC issues
• Perform HVAC repairs and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, appliances, and other maintenance issues
• Complete apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Communicate professionally with residents and property management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently

REQUIREMENTS

• MUST HAVE previous apartment/multifamily maintenance experience
• MUST HAVE hands-on HVAC experience
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair skills
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general apartment repairs
• EPA/HVAC certification is a PLUS
• Reliable transportation
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and manage multiple work orders
• Professional appearance and communication
• Must be ready to start ASAP

Knows apartment maintenance, understands HVAC, can troubleshoot problems, and doesn't need to be trained from the ground up.
