About the Role:
Ric's on 95th Sports Grill in Glendale, AZ is looking for a friendly and energetic Host to be the first face our guests see! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a lively sports grill atmosphere where great food, good times, and memorable guest experiences come together. Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience
• Manage waitlists, reservations, and seating charts to ensure efficient table turnover
• Communicate accurately with guests regarding wait times and table availability
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a friendly, professional manner
• Coordinate with servers and floor staff to maintain smooth front-of-house operations
• Answer incoming phone calls, take reservations, and respond to general inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area

Requirements:

• Previous hosting, customer service, or front-of-house restaurant experience preferred
• Outgoing, friendly personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the restaurant
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years of age or older (preferred)
