Job Full Description

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a full-time, permanent Customer Service Representative starting immediately!

Job Details:

Pay Rate - $17.50/HR
Schedule - Monday - Friday - 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Location - West Orlando, FL 32808

Job Duties:

Taking and processing orders called in or emailed in by customers.
Taking inbound calls from Customers to handle shipping or other Customer Service issues.
Process requests for and send samples and sales & marketing materials.

Requirements:

MUST have 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
MUST have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
MUST be able to handle both inbound and outbound calls.
