Pediatric Progressive Care RN - 12-Hour Shifts (3:1)

3M HEALTHCARE in Charlotte seeks a qualified RN for the 8P Progressive Care Unit. The role requires an accredited nursing program, RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS within 6 months. Inpatient RN experience is preferred for this pediatric Progressive Care Unit with a 3:1 patient-nurse ratio. The position is full-time with three 12-hour shifts (7 p.m. – 7 a.m.), 36 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour depending on experience and certifications. #J-18808-Ljbffr 3M HEALTHCARE
