Experienced Automotive Service Advisor Full Time Seattle, WA, US 7 days ago Requisition ID: 1014 Salary Range: $96,000.00 To $144,000.00 Annually Experienced Service Advisor Overview Seattle Jeep Hyundai is seeking a motivated, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our already stellar service team! In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive service experience. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and manage service flow will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and long‑term loyalty. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly, listen actively, and accurately assess their service needs. Provide clear explanations of recommended and required maintenance, repairs, and tire services. Identify and communicate additional services based on vehicle condition, mileage, condition, and manufacturer requirements Create and transmit repair orders to technicians, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Maintain consistent updates regarding repair status, timelines, and costs. Process payments accurately while following dealership cash‑handling procedures. Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction scores above the national average. Maintain a clean, professional, and customer‑ready service environment. Qualifications Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a customer‑facing automotive role preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Familiarity with upselling techniques and value‑based service recommendations. Experience collaborating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow from intake to delivery. Experience with Stellantis and/or Hyundai is desired but not required. DealerTrack & Xtime is a big plus..
