Call Center Representative

In this role, you’ll play a key part in setting appointments and ensuring our customers have a positive experience from start to finish. What You'll Be Doing Making outbound and taking inbound calls with a smile and positive attitude Setting up appointments between interested prospects and our sales reps Answering customer questions, offering solutions, and providing the best service possible Entering call details and outcomes into our CRM system Helping our team hit goals by identifying and qualifying leads Resolving customer concerns with empathy and professionalism Meeting or exceeding personal and team sales goals Connecting customers to the right department when needed What We’re Looking For A friendly, energetic attitude with a love for making phone calls Someone who can learn quickly and grasp product and service information Coachable and open to training and feedback Comfortable using computers and basic software Great communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide variety of people A strong work ethic, dependable, and driven to meet goals Previous call center or sales experience is a plus but not required Able to work a rotating schedule of 12:00pm - 8:00pm and 10:00am - 6:00pm.
