Position Description As the Electrical Remodel Foreman, you will lead and oversee electrical remodeling projects from concept to completion. Your leadership will guide a team of electricians, ensuring the highest quality of work, adherence to safety standards, and timely project delivery. You’ll be instrumental in maintaining client relationships and mentoring your team to achieve excellence. Compensation Hourly wage: $34.00–$42.00 per hour, dependent on experience. Base pay range: $70,000.00–$88,000.00 per year. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of electricians on remodeling projects. Assist in planning and layout of electrical installations, ensuring all work meets local codes and safety regulations. Inspect work to ensure quality standards and compliance with project specifications. Communicate effectively with clients and project managers to provide updates and resolve issues. Train and mentor team members, promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Maintain documentation for project progress and compliance.
