Field Marketing & Events Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized Field Marketing & Events Specialist to serve as CoDev’s local field marketing face in Utah. You will lead event execution, regional engagement, and trade show logistics, planning and running events that put our Sales team in front of target companies and key decision-makers in Utah and surrounding markets. The role is weighted heavily toward field marketing, trade shows, and event management. You will also oversee office coordination and employee experience at our Lehi office, keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly and supporting a positive, connected workplace culture. This role reports to our Chief Revenue Officer, and works closely with our Marketing Manager. Key responsibilities Serve as CoDev’s primary field marketing representative and event logistics lead in the local Utah market. Own end-to-end project management for trade shows, regional conferences, alumni gatherings, sales events, and networking functions. Manage all event logistics, including vendor contracts, booth setup and breakdown, registrations, swag, marketing collateral, travel, and catering. Research and identify high-impact local events and trade show opportunities that align with Sales and Marketing targets. Work with Marketing and Sales on event goals, messaging, booth staffing, lead capture, and prompt post-event follow-up. Manage event budgets, track ROI, and streamline lead generation workflows. Oversee inventory, ordering, and distribution of event swag and branded promotional materials. Support local market prospecting and outbound outreach, particularly on remote days. Keep the Lehi office running smoothly, including supplies, kitchen stocking, mail and deliveries, and facilities requests with property management. Plan internal team celebrations, team lunches, holiday events, milestone recognition, and new hire welcomes. Track office spending, manage supply budgets, assist visitors, and support meeting prep and administrative projects as assigned. About you 2 to 4 years of experience in field marketing, event management, project coordination, or corporate events. Proven track record of managing trade shows, vendor relationships, and event logistics from start to finish. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle many details, deadlines, and priorities at once. Comfortable managing a budget and tracking expenses. Warm, professional communication with coworkers, vendors, and external partners. Confident representing CoDev at trade shows and industry events, and excited to help the Sales team build local relationships. Resourceful and proactive, spotting what needs doing before being asked. Self-motivated and productive when working independently on remote days. Able to work in office in Lehi, Utah, Monday through Wednesday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Preferred: Experience with HubSpot.
