Production Controller

We're supporting a well-established precision manufacturing business in the Lebanon, NH area that is looking to appoint an experienced Production Controller to join its operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in coordinating production activities, ensuring materials, resources, and manufacturing schedules are aligned to meet customer delivery requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain production schedules across multiple manufacturing areas. Coordinate work orders, materials, and capacity to ensure on-time delivery. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as priorities change. Work closely with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Purchasing teams. Identify potential bottlenecks and help drive improvements to production flow. Maintain accurate ERP/MRP data and production reports. Support inventory accuracy and material availability. We're looking for candidates with: Experience in a Production Controller, Production Planner, Master Scheduler, or Manufacturing Planner position. Background within a precision manufacturing environment such as aerospace, optics, medical devices, semiconductor equipment, machining, electronics, or advanced manufacturing. Excellent organisational and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem solving and production planning. What's on offer?
