Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Admission - $60+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health Admission in Milford, Massachusetts. Overview This is a full‑time, ongoing staff admissions role. Medicare Certified Home Health experience is required. Responsibilities Complete OASIS Starts of Care (SOC) for adult and geriatric patients. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided using a touch pad tablet. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program. Medicare Certified Home Health experience required.
