Key Responsibilities Assist senior counselors in supervising and engaging campers in daily activities Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times Lead and participate in camp activities, games, and outings Foster a positive, inclusive, and fun environment for all campers Support campers with their needs and encourage teamwork and friendship Follow camp policies and procedures to maintain a safe and organized environment Skills And Qualifications Must be at least 17 years old Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team and take direction Responsible, reliable, and enthusiastic about working with children Previous experience in camp, childcare, or related activities is a plus Ability to handle outdoor environments and physical activities At Lake in the Woods Sleepaway Camp, we value a supportive and dynamic community where staff growth and development are prioritized.
