Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, 1-Hour Lunch Break, No Weekends, No Evenings, No Holidays, No On-Call

Compensation: $70 to $85+ per Hour, dependent upon experience, Malpractice Insurance, Health / Dental / Vision Insurance, Paid Time Off, Annual CME Allowance, License / DEA Fees Paid, 401k, Full Details Negotiable

Position Description

The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant provides routine primary care and low-acuity urgent care services, including but not limited to:

• Primary care exams
• Chronic condition management
• Sick visits
• Minor injury care
• Laceration repair
• Incision and drainage
• Ingrown toenail removal
• Pap smears
• Annual physicals
• Sports physicals
• Employment physicals
• Vaccinations

Providers see an average of 15 to 20 patients per day and are supported by a medical assistant who helps with all visits, including charting and documentation. The clinic uses CarbyOS, an AI-powered EMR designed to reduce administrative burden. Approximately 95% of patients are Spanish-speaking and the new provider must be fluent in Spanish.

Requirements

California NP or PA license, ability to see patients of all ages, 2+ years experience in primary care, urgent care, or a related field, must speak fluent Spanish
