The Opportunity

As part of the Tax Services – Transfer Pricing team you focus on various aspects of duty and trade strategy regulatory planning, dispute resolution, and trade automation, assisting clients with business transformation to advance their business goals. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects, innovate processes, and concentrate on attaining results while maintaining operational excellence. You interact with clients at a senior level, leveraging your influence and knowledge to deliver quality results, while motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems and develop top‑performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large‑scale projects in customs and trade tax.
• Innovate and enhance processes to achieve operational excellence.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 6 years of experience.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance‑specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

What Sets You Apart

• Master of Business Administration in Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Data Processing/Analytics/Science preferred.
• Licensed Customs Broker certification preferred.
• Understanding of U.S. Customs and Border Protection procedures.
• Analyzing client internal control practices.
• Evaluating client compliance with import control regulations.
• Addressing client needs and building relationships.
• Leading teams and fostering innovation.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
