Registered Nurse Supervisor-RN Monday-Friday Schedule with Weekend On-Call Rotation Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at South Mountain Rehab Center in Boonsboro, Maryland. As a valued member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring that our high standards of care are met, and providing exceptional service to our residents. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of our nursing units, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality care in accordance with our center's policies and procedures Collaborate with the nursing management team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident Administer medications, document resident care, and oversee the implementation of resident schedules Provide guidance and support to our nursing staff, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement Requirements: RN License in MD or multistate 5 years RN experience LTC/SNF experience preferred Strong knowledge of nursing standards, policies, and procedures Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire our nursing team What We Offer: A supportive workplace environment that values the well-being and happiness of our residents and staff Opportunities for growth and professional development A chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others #J-18808-Ljbffr South Mountain Rehab Center
