What You'll Do

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on service excellence.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing management and hourly team.
• Drive sales growth while managing labor, food, beverage, and operating costs.
• Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality.
• Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to enhance the guest experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale or fine dining environment.
• Extensive knowledge of wine programs, varietals, pairings, and wine service.
• Strong understanding of craft cocktail programs, spirits, and beverage management.
• Proven success managing high-volume restaurant operations and financial performance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and P&L management.
