Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 + Benefits
Our client is a leading provider of commercial interior solutions, helping businesses, healthcare organizations, educational institutions, and other professional environments create functional and innovative workspaces throughout the Southeast.
They are seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations and lead a small accounting team. This is a unique opportunity to join a stable organization and step into a role previously held by the same employee for more than 25 years.

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage and support two team members within Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Perform month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Assist with budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and payroll administration.
• Support HR-related administrative functions.
• Maintain accounting procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Partner with company leadership on financial and operational matters.

Qualifications
• Experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper, Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of general accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar software.
• Payroll and HR administration experience is a plus.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Education and experience will both be considered.
