As a Lead Teller at the Brownsville Elizabeth Street branch in Brownsville, Texas, you will drive customer experience and ensure high-quality operations. Bilingual Spanish - Preferred PNC is an in‑office company that fosters collaboration. Employees must work onsite. We do not sponsor employment visas or participate in STEM OPT. Job Responsibilities Coach, mentor, and lead tellers by example to deliver exceptional customer service, improve financial wellbeing, and create loyalty. Identify banking opportunities during interactions and make appropriate referrals to branch staff. Engage with customers in the lobby to promote PNC products and educate on available options. Maintain clear communication and problem‑resolution processes; assist the Branch Manager in performance management and new‑hire selection. Adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring accurate and efficient daily teller and branch operations. Qualifications Required: 1+ year related experience; high school diploma or GED acceptable; comparable combination of education, certification, and experience may be considered. Preferred: Bilingual Spanish; strong customer focus, risk management, coaching, and digital awareness skills.
