Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, with 2–4 years of contract experience. Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. Excellent time-management and organizational abilities. Strong verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. A high level of attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently, manage multiple contracting projects, and carry them through to completion. Ability to work at a fast pace, sometimes with limited information, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues and obtain approvals. Preferred: 2 years of pharmaceutical or vaccine Managed Markets experience in contracting, pricing, operations, or another critical-thinking discipline. Preferred: 2 years of analytical and business experience focused on reviewing and executing contracts. Preferred: In-depth working knowledge of SAP and Model N. Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Account Management representatives, internal teams, wholesalers, distributors, and external customers to provide contract information. Help ensure customers receive accurate contract pricing and that contract setup complies with applicable requirements. Create and implement contract agreements and amendments, product additions or discontinuations, and other contract changes in relevant systems. Verify pricing, approvals, signatures, membership eligibility, and wholesaler or distributor notifications. Resolve issues that arise during the contract lifecycle and respond to wholesaler and distributor questions about setup, pricing, and eligibility. Assist with contract issues and customer inquiries, and manage general mailbox communications. Process contracts for countersignature and support new system implementations.
