CNC Programmer
The company an established aerospace company with 54 years of experience in Aerospace Wind Tunnel Model fabrication, is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer for its prototype environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop CNC programs using Mastercam 2024.
- Program complex 3D contours.
- Work in a prototype environment involving challenging, complex, one-of-a-kind parts.
- Plan machining processes.
- Read and interpret blueprints.
- Work closely with CNC machinists/operators.
- Communicate and coordinate with Engineering and Fabrication staff.
- Support machining of aerospace wind-tunnel models and prototypes.
- Weekly overtime may be expected.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of CNC programming experience.
- Strong Mastercam 2024 experience.
- Experience programming complex 3D contours.
- Ability to plan machining operations.
- Strong blueprint-reading skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a prototype/one-off manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
Work Authorization
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident required due to U.S. Export/ITAR restrictions.
- DOD clearance desired.
