Guest Services Agent at Atlantic Hospitality, Acadia Collection – Southwest Harbor, ME. The Claremont Hotel in Southwest Harbor and the Asticou Hotel in Northeast Harbor, Maine are looking for a Guest Services Agent to join our team for the 2025 season. Pay: $18‑$20 per hour based on experience Full time, April–November Please note, candidate must be legal to work in the United States without a Company Sponsorship. Housing is not available at this time. As a Guest Services Agent, you set the tone for our guests' stay, providing a welcoming check‑in and check‑out experience and serving as an ambassador throughout their stay by providing information on the resort, local area, and attractions. Other responsibilities include: Settling guest accounts upon check‑out Assisting guests with questions or issues Effectively communicating with all departments Ensuring accurate room reservations Answering phone calls and taking reservations Understanding and adhering to the company’s brand standards Ensuring guests' needs are met Being asked to cross‑train in different departments Other duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications: Knowledge of the area is a plus but not required Ability to be on your feet for a long period of time Ability to work independently without direct supervision Must be neat, courteous, flexible, and detail‑oriented Ability to remain calm, courteous, and professional with demanding guests and in difficult situations Success Factors: Ambassador of Joy: Embody and promote a culture of positivity and enthusiasm, ensuring that both guests and staff feel welcomed, valued, and inspired.
