Michele Agnew State Farm is looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional who wants to build a long-term career in insurance. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable having sales conversations, and wants their performance to directly influence their earning potential. You will receive hands-on coaching, clear expectations, and the support needed to grow your insurance knowledge and sales skills. You will not be expected to sit back and wait for customers to call. You will actively connect with prospects and existing customers, identify their needs, and recommend insurance solutions that help protect their families and financial futures.

What You'll Do

• Build trusted relationships with new and existing customers.
• Educate customers about available coverage and explain insurance in clear, simple terms.
• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, follow-up, and community relationships.
• Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to better protect customers.
• Prepare quotes, complete applications, and confidently ask for the business.
• Maintain accurate customer records and complete follow-up activities.
• Work toward individual and agency production goals.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team development.

• The ability to balance sales responsibilities with excellent customer service.
• Strong organization, dependability, and attention to detail.
• Previous sales, customer service, financial services, or insurance experience is preferred.
• An active Property and Casualty and Life and Health license is strongly preferred.
• Unlicensed candidates with strong sales experience may be considered if they are willing to complete the required licensing process before beginning the position.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent's office and is not employment with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
